1. Upon verification of your purchase you will automatically be directed to the download page. DO NOT LEAVE THIS PAGE UNTIL YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DOWNLOADED YOUR KIT. If you accidentally left the download page and cannot return to it you will need to email us so we may provide you with the download address again.

The Kit is send to you in either Microsoft Word or Rich Text format (for use on either a PC or Mac).

2. If you recieve and error message or a window that asks you for a password, this means you most likely have some type of virus sofware which will not allow you to accept unknown or unfamiliar downloads. In these instances, simply email us and we will send you the kit directly via email.
